HOLIFAIR! It’s that time of year again – 3 days of fun in a field with many of your favourite local & national bands, performers, entertainers, and this time you have me at 2pm in the Marquee on Saturday! So if you can stagger out of your tents by then and drag your hangovers into the nice dim lighting of the sheltered Marquee Stage, I’ll do my best to entertain you and make it all seem ok again.
Check out the Holifair Festival facebook page for up to the minute information about the line-up, where to get tickets, and anything else you think of!
As part of the Newquay Art8 Arts festival, this seaside-surf-fest of a town will be holding its first ever Poetry Slam, hosted by the comic poet and singer Rob Barratt. Apparently there’s even be a spot of cash promised for the winner!
So get on down to The Watershed Cafe, 3-5 Bank Street Newquay, Cornwall, TR7 1EP on Wednesday April 18th @ 7.30pm and let’s slam.

Following the success of the first Caravanserai and Courtyard Deli Art’s Cafe collaboration, we are pleased to invite you to another evening of entertainment and fine feasting. This time our festive excuse will be that of St. Valentine, bringing you the delicate delights of Asian-inspired cuisine and alternative takes on the theme of love.
Following great public demand, we will have the heartfelt and inspiring words of Danielle Allen joining us this time. Mac Dunlop will host the evening, introducing Rob Barratt, Seamus Carey, and myself, and together we will be looking at the funny, the touching, and the cynical sides of lurrrrve.
At only £20 a head, it’s kind of like a fancy meal out with the entertainment thrown in for free, which is a pretty good bargin really. So come treat your lovers, friends, family, or just your wonderful self!
Tickets are available IN ADVANCE ONLY by dropping in to The Courtyard Deli, or by phoning 01326 319526.
